Procedure of repair

 

 

1 - Request a service. At Assisguima we have several solutions for you: repair, exchange, sale and rental.

 

2 - We create a project and save all data relevant to the project in our own software and track each step.

 

 

3 - Send us your device. Typically, on the same day, a technician will examine you and decide what the next step should be. Because we offer many fixed-price repairs, we often only need your validation to proceed with the repair.

 

4 - We take photos of the device, parameters and jumpers. Other customer wishes and defect description are considered and documented.

 

 

5 - Afterwards, there is a professional cleaning of your device. If necessary, we paint parts of it.

 

6 - We have a large stock of spare parts. It is often possible to speed up the repair through an exchange or loan.

 

 

7 - We carry out preventive repairs, that is, in addition to detecting and repairing errors, we replace parts of the device that, as experience shows, tend to break. The customer always benefits from increasing the useful life of the equipment.

 

8 - We build more and more test benches, where we test your devices over a long period of time fully automated. Before shipping, we have to make sure that the equipment works perfectly.

 

 

9 - After successful repairs and testing, we pack your device with extremely safe and stable packaging material.

 

10 - Your device is now ready to be shipped by a fast and reliable package delivery service, such as UPS or Fedex.
